¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ’s superb academic record is, to some extent, misleading. ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ pupils are individuals and we will never squeeze them into a particular academic mould or hothouse them at the expense of a broad education. If that’s the case, you might reasonably ask, where do these spectacular results come from? The ethos.
Pupils are encouraged to air views and feelings, and to raise matters that concern them. Parents should feel involved at every stage of a child’s development, and ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ prides itself on levels of care and guidance, as well as the links it fosters with parents and guardians.
The Pre-Preparatory and Nursery, together with the Preparatory and Senior ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵs, provide continuity of education for children from age 2 to 18 years.
¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ provides continuity of education from Pre-Prep to the end of Sixth Form. Pupils can and do commence boarding at age 7 (Year 3). Each pupil is in a bespoke House relevant to their age and gender, each with live-in Houseparents. Our Prep ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ Boarding House, Page House, caters for over 100 boys and girls aged 7 to 13.
¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ currently has over 150 pupils from HM Forces and FCO families, from all ranks and military disciplines, across the Prep and Senior ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵs. These families pay just 10% of boarding fees, with the full CEA entitlement.
Joining the ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ Family of ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵs in 2016, Winterfold is a small, non-selective day school and nursery, nurturing children from 2 to 13 years to achieve their best.
At ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ International Summer Camp, our English language courses are combined with Multi Activities which include sports, science, crafts, cookery, swimming, dance, drama and music plus many other exciting adventures using our 100-acre campus.
